Description
Detect CPU capabilities (AVX2/AVX-512/NEON), system RAM/swap/disk limits, GPU presence/type/driver/VRAM, select inference backend and model variant (quantization, context), implement safe CPU-only fallback, and provide operator-visible reasoning.
