Design APT-based upgrades for Cortex releases and Debian point releases, preflight checks (disk, repos, held packages, pinning, DKMS, Secure Boot, /boot space), staged upgrades, post-upgrade validation, rollback strategies (pinning, cache retention, snapshots), and audit logging.
