Patch to 0.6.0
- Changed http to requests.session() to increase speed of consecutive calls
- added setup.py for installation
- added jupyter notebooks for all examples
- fixed a big regarding Account.get_balance()
- changed URL creation methodology to reflect base names of API1 parent 4380fda commit 104f9ed
