Do we account for all emissions by households?

In USEEIO we have tended to include households F01000 as a possible sector for attribution. This sector is now used in our household B matrix. Additionally it is helpful to account for all emissions for validation purposes.

I understand that in CEDA, F01000 is not necessarily always tracked as an emissions source, because it is not used to generate final factors. At times it is still included in the attribution when emissions are split between households and other industrial sectors, e.g., here

I suggest we explicitly track emissions by households to be fully comprehensive.

It would be more correctly stated as emissions by final users. We don't yet distinguish across those user types just making an assumption and attributing to F01000

I agree that tracking household emissions could be useful for e.g., ensuring the national totals are in-check.
