FirebaseAndroid: introduce SwiftFirebase JAR

This introduces the Java bindings for the JNI backed implementation.
When implementing an Android application which uses swift-firebase,
`SwiftFirebase` provides the bridge to the JNI functions required to
enable the functionality.
