blocked IPs: Add count and last attempt date to the list?

I would like to see this as an extension to (hopefully) getting a block that only affects login, not the whole website.
In the list of blocked IP's I would suggest to add 2 columns. A count showing the number of attempts from this source since it was blocked, and date of last attempt (very useful for cleaning out old permanent blocks).
