My specific interest is in volunteer snow shoveling of crosswalks to keep our city crosswalks accessible to all (similar to how people adopt sections of highway for litter pick-up)

Ruby on rails, postgres, leaflet js, basic js, but perhaps the codebase could be suped up with some modern framework.
