Bugs that create errors in production cause blank screens

Describe the bug
When errors arise,

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to services page in production (https://www.wisdp.com)
2. Click on a select button to enable a marker on the map
3. Click on Health, Reentry, or other tabs multiple times switching in between them
4. Observe blank screen

Expected behavior
An error screen
