Map does not appear on services page for Smartphone

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to wisdp.com
2. Click on Services Navigation Tab
3. Scroll down to
4. See error

Expected behavior
The map shows up below or the containers shrink but still make information legible

Smartphone (please complete the following information):
