Chore: Update data in Airtable for UID 604 and 826 #55

Note: for bug #4, there is still an inconsistency where two items disappear. This is because the features with UID 604 and 826 are missing ward data. On first render load no filters are applied, so they are included in the results, and then as soon as any filter is cleared, the filterMap function runs which filters by all selected filters, so the undefined fields get filtered out. Rather than fixing this in the code, it should be fixed on the data side and we should add a validation to that field if it's possible to do that in Airtable.
