Can't have 1 mask for two sweeps?

I am using the dui in ccp4i2.
After importing the images (2 sweeps) I tried to generate the beamstop mask.
But got this

    I reproduced your issue both ways, with Dui2 and by typing the commands manually. Then I tried to work it around by typing the Dials commands manually. It seems to be a problem with Dials, or if there is a way to solve this from command line, I don't know how to solve it. I am Cc'ing the Dials team here, maybe there is way from command line. There is a work around that I just tested from Dui2 that you can try before we fix it in Dials and Dui2: 1. Import the two scans separately in two different branches of Dui2 graph 2. Do the mask manually for each branch/scan 3. Do the spot finding separately for each branch/scan 4. Combine both branches by running "combine experiments", (see attached pictures): - Click on the first branch that you want to combine (Screenshot_1.png) - Click on the "combine experiments" step/button (Screenshot_2.png) - Click on the second branch that you want to combine (Screenshot_3.png) - Click the "Run" button to execute the "dials.combine_experiments" command (Screenshot_4.png) - Continue with: indexing, refining, integration .... - Remember to run "cosym" instead of "symmetry" by the end. This is better if you have more than one scan or crystal Let me know how it goes. Good luck, Luiso.

For now I am stuck at

Actually I asked in dials if it was possible to add the beamstop shadow parameters at the cli (like in autoproc). I do not remember if there was an answer. (can't find the issue)...

This seems to be, because...dials.python has permissions in rw-r--r-- mode?.. Changing the permissions and calling dui2 now results in nothing.
