Hey my future self and others.
There's a new version of DeepLoc on the DTU website.

DeepLoc 1 remains available for download, so it isn't immediately urgent.
I need to investigate if offers anything.
DeepLoc1 still relies on Theano which has been unsupported for several years now, so it would be great to get rid of it.
But we've already seen that the bioembeddings people can outperform deeploc1, so we might as well go with an open source version if it's still competitive.
