Bunq API changes - overview

Here's a list of what needs to be done and what has already been merged:

• April 18, 2019 - No changes needed in the client.
• July 2, 2019 - No changes needed in the client.
• July 9, 2019 - Done by fix: update the monetary account inquiry/response endpoints #51
• October 8, 2019 - It looks like the endpoints are missing.
• October 9, 2019 - Nothing needs to be changed in the client.
• December 11, 2019 - It looks like the new endpoints are currently missing.
• December 17, 2019 - The tree endpoint is currently missing.
• January 15, 2020 - Doesn't look like it requires a change in the client.
• January 28, 2020 (bunq update 13) - A PR with these changes is availabe: feat: Update 13 changes #56
