Many people have this problem, perhaps you can help?
There is a lock icon on those files. When you click view files, the folder is empty. And yet, in my case, the original utility states 4.68Gb in that folder.
Checking with e.g. Treesize app (free), these "ghost files" in some "ghost folder" are there, because when you calculate what Treesize find of used storage, it does not include these ghost files, i.e. that they are there but not detected. In My case: Treesize says that used space is 67 Gb and that there are +2Gb of free space, OF A TOTAL OF 73.5Gb (which is correct, it is bootcamp on a mac laptop).
Would there be a way to tell windows to show these ghost files/folders, and include them in your brilliant app?
Many thanks.
