Tutorial for Automated News/Event Content Generation

We would like to add a tutorial for contributors on how to create news and event content through the new issue automation system. This tutorial will serve as a step-by-step guide, showing the process from opening an issue to seeing the generated PR. Screenshots should be included for each stage to make the workflow clear and beginner-friendly.

Proposed Tutorial Structure

• Create a new issue
  Show how to navigate to the issue creation page.
• Choose the appropriate template
  Demonstrate selecting between News and Event templates.
• Fill in the required fields and submit the issue
  Include guidance on bilingual entries (EN/TR) and image handling.
• Review the generated PR
  Show how the automation creates a PR, with the generated Markdown files visible in the diff.
• Policy for Corrections
  If a mistake is found after submitting an issue, contributors should edit the original issue. This will automatically re-trigger the automation and update the generated PR.
