feature request/suggestion: enable us to tie api keys to wallets

Would be convenient way to provide additional security measures against leaked keys being abused. I would love if I could tie one api key to testnet wallet and another(s) to wallet(s) that can cause actual financial harm. I guess I could just create another account(s) to achieve the same end result, so not a deal breaker but would surely be nice. One can't have too much security and all that :).
