Admin Barcode Search Capabilities

Each of these can go into either microsetta-interface or microsetta-admin

1. Pleasant for an admin to be able to select a project and download all the barcodes that associated with that project

   Limit it to known sample statuses (sample is valid, sample is not valid etc)

2. microsetta-admin search for kit, pull down barcodes.kit and Amanda’s daklapack table information.

3. Recent request from wetlab:
   Get list of samples associated with a project limited to a particular sample type (stool, fecal, etc)

4. Given list of barcodes, what are the sample_statuses of those barcodes

Update:
1, 3 are handled by my PRs, though we may be wary of the approach
2. is missing a link between kit and daklapack info
4. already appears to exist in microsetta-admin. Route is /per_sample_summary, is there some reason not to point user towards this?
