Ability to Merge Accounts and/or change email address

A few participants have requested that we merge their old account (likely created under the old system) and their newly created account (under a different email address). This would be a useful feature.

Also, there have been several requests to change the email address associated with an account.

Both would be useful features under the admin panel.
