Feature Request: docker-compose.yml

I've found it hard to get this code up and running due to the number of components/services that must be coordinated. Could a docker-compose.yml be added that starts a working stack comprised of TURN + STUN + provider + consumer to make running the code reproducible across platforms?

I just found the azure pipelines + deploy code - this clarifies a lot of the deployment process.

I'd be happy to merge a docker-compose that does that, sounds like a great idea. Unfortunately, i don't have the cycles to implement it myself at this time...that said, if you're interested in giving it a go, that'd be great!
