Automatic fee calculation

Hi there,

1.)
Missing "Send all" button and automatic calculation of fee when I want withdraw all funds from wallet. ( I must calculate fee for withdraw and if I wrong there is error message - Failed to create transation: Error: [create_transaction] JSON-RPC error #-301: Not enough spendable funds, together with fee at least 3.00156 is required to send transation. ) (I wanted withdraw 3BCN).

2.)
Use fee from transation or Use fee from account would be nice.

3.)
I can not see mnemonic or Private Key for new generated addresses inside Bytecoin Zero.
