Integrate build / deploy Github actions #55
Description
Add the ability for the CLI to inject in the github actions code to enable an automated build / deploy. The action code continues to be a work in progress, however its anticipated that it will be completed early January. The development of the pipeline is being worked on in this SMK app. https://github.com/bcgov/smk-fap-fcb.
The actions are designed so that they will not have any effect until the repository is populated with the secrets the action is requires. Once the actions are added the repository, the next pull request to master will trigger a build / deploy to openshift.
