Error: 'SwiftInfo' value has no field or method 'swift_version

Hi :),

SwiftInfo no longer have swift_version since PR: bazelbuild/rules_swift#551

        File "/private/var/tmp/_bazel_andre.alves/0c8bf54092c40cf2f95e2873be89e4d4/external/xchammer/tulsi/tulsi_aspects.bzl", line 911, column 69, in _tulsi_sources_aspect
                transitive_attributes["swift_language_version"] = swift_info.swift_version
Error: 'SwiftInfo' value has no field or method 'swift_version'

I tried to update Tulsi dependency to HEAD but XCHammer is not compiling due to some Swift errors. Not sure what is the plan to update Tulsi since it's a fork. Any plans to update Tulsi dependency?

this problem seems fixed on XCHammer version v3.4.3.3 however I face other issues though
