Add UUID to initialism (#244)

Generating `EventSourceMapping` resource in the lambda controller
produces a CRD FIeld with a json tag `uUID`. This commit makes sure
that `UUID` names stay intact during code generation.

Description of changes:
- Add `UUID` to initialisms
