Description
Masafumi pointed out the datetime64 format, and I should make sure it's easy to get to this for the timetags. Chris says this uses an epoch of t1970 without leap seconds, so it'll be easy to convert. Also Masafumi has code which truncates the data to a time range, exactly, and I offered to add this to the code.
