All english hardcoded into application needs to be replaced. This includes:

• Inline text
• anchor title text
• page h tags
• authentication text
• placeholder text
• button text

changed all but authentication page -> realized that if the views are changing substantially then these localized variables might not be 100% accurate anyways. Closing ticket to move to next milestone.
