Need to add 'requests' to pyreqs

The pyreqs (python prerequisite program list) file lists necessary modules that must be installed for the program to work. The 'requests' module needs to be on this list.

Also lxml, and the psycopg2 package needs to be renamed to 'psycopg2-binary'
