Peer to peer code review

Responsiveness: 
 - The title is breaking on screen size 768px
 - Also the design doesn't look the same as the original.
 - join button is not showing (forgot to display: block)
 - images on partners are distorting
 - add padding to "Main Program" Section
 
 HTML semantics:
 - partners part could be a section, since it's part of the main content, this info usually are not part of a footer
