Project Status

Hi,

This looks like a solid foundation as an Elixir couchdb client, but this line in the README makes me nervous:

The whole thing is only partially usable since only a handful server-related api calls are implemented. Don't go away to see the project evolve (or me fail).

I think bumping the dependencies and publishing this repo on Hex could bring a lot of eyes on this project. What is incomplete? Do you use this in production? Should I stick with couchbeam?

Thanks for reminding me of this project. Unfortunately I dont work with Couchdb any more for now, so my interest has faded a bit. Whats missing is everything around the changes feed, but other than that its a straight port from couchbeam.
