[macOS][dotnet] TwitchDownloaderCLI generates corrupt files when saving to exFAT volumes

Running certain macOS native command can generate corrupt files to exFAT volumes, if the process is paused/suspended and resumed from terminal. Not happening with other filesystems or operating systems.
I report it here since looks like a macOS bug.
