Cloudstack uses axis 1.4 (released 2006) that has multiple CVEs open. Axis2 is the new maven id (org.apache.axis2/axis2)

major snag with this is that F5 and juniper-srx use the iControl jar of which the latest version 13.1.0 still uses axis (as oppposed to axis2) and has no newer update.
the rest seems to compile as is (testing needed) I'll create a PR.
