Uploading VNF Template from local always registers a USER template

ACS 4.20.1
Ubuntu 24.04

I am currently exploring the VNF integration, and i stumbled across a bug i think. The template has been downloaded to my local workstation, after uploading it via the ui "Templates -> Upload from local, setting type to VNF" ACS registers it as USER template. Like it's ignoring the template type i choose.
