LDAP configuration dialog opens wrong item

In the LDAP configuration dialog (HOME/CONFIGURATION/ LDAP Configuration) the wrong details page will get displayed if you choose one entry except the first one. No matter which one you choose the first one of the list will get displayed.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. create several LDAP entries
2. remember the domain ID's
3. click on one of the entries (not the first one)
4. compare the domain ID's
