Support for CKS Enhancements

Hi!

I was wondering if there are plans to support the new 4.21 CKS enhancements? I checked cluodstack-go and saw there is also no support there but wasn't sure whether to create the enhancement issue here or there.

This will include supporting all of the new fields such as separate worker/master service offerings, along with custom CNI support.
