Update Accumulo Proxy to Support Accumulo 2.1.4

The current implementation of the Accumulo Proxy is only compatible with Accumulo 2.1.1. This is an outdated version, and attempting to run the proxy with newer versions of Accumulo (e.g., 2.1.4) leads to a variety of runtime errors and incompatibilities.

Actually, I don't think it makes much sense to close this issue yet, since that Pull Request only updates it to 2.1.3, so I'll open this issue back up.
