IFCopenHouse in Constructivity...

@aothms @timchipman Hi guys, if you're interested this is what the IFCopenHouse file looked like when i opened it in Constructivity. (for both the IFC3 and IFC4 file)

Sure, a little tricky to see whats going on judging by the screenshot, some of the geometry seems to be there, I think I also see one of the opening elements. If it doesn't improve we'll probably need some input from @timchipman.

Sorry for how it's render, can't find an equivalent to 'hidden line' view (or better rendering option) in Constructivity.

It looks like my attempt to create a more sensible hierarchy of placements has paid off. For the other issues I need input.
