yo angular-fullstack:openshift should execute gulp instead of grunt if gulp was selected as the build tool during code generation #1740

just modifying 'generator-angular-fullstack\openshift\index.js' with replacing 'grunt build' with 'gulp build' fixed the issue for me. I'm not sure how the right fix should be looking like (otherwise would initiate pull request) so just opening issue for now.
