Now that the NgRx v21 beta is out, we have began testing v21 of the ngrx-toolkit.

Update: at the time of this comment, the v21 PR for the toolkit is this: #263. At its current state, it points at NgRx's release candidate. We will notify this thread one more time after this when we can get on NgRx v21 stable and then release the toolkit's v21 stable.

Update: NgRx v21 is out, so over lunch I will be back on my main account and bump that in that PR. From that point we have some of our non-dependency bumping v21 toolkit changes to branch off of that, so this isn't necessarily a bump to NgRx v21 and release. But we will update this thread when we are ready for toolkit v21 release.
