Feature Request: Support Co-authored-by

Currently, for the team/code alignment, only the user behind a commit is taken into consideration. The feature proposed here is also respecting users that are mentioned in the commit message using Co-authored-by:

Co-authored-by: Alice Example <alice@example.com>
Co-authored-by: Bob Example <bob@example.com>

Also, this feature needs to be activated in the config.
