No skip ahead/skip back buttons for podcast listening

Android/iPhone apps are missing "skip ahead 45 seconds" & "skip back 10 seconds" buttons that were available previously for podcast services (Pocketcasts & TuneIn). These controls are currently only available in the desktop application.
