Surround audio settings sometimes missing

Gear icon / select room with Surrounds / Scroll down looking for "Sound" section containing EQ/Surround Audio/Sub Audio/Volume Limit

Expected: to be there
Actual: sometimes it is just missing

I see this on iOS.

Force-killing the app and restarting it seems to make it come back, sometimes.
