Configure file paths

The README makes some assertions about file paths that aren't correct:

• Sets the path to:
  • Configuration import / export directory
    • Not set - It's only in our examples
  • Private files
    • Not set
  • Temporary files
    • Only set for Drupal < 8.8: https://www.drupal.org/node/3039255
  • Twig cache files
    • Not set

I see these are still resolved, at least the private path. Am I correct about this?
