Describe tasks management

• When and how to split the task (should we use epics for the main task?)
• Convert to epic when more than one task
• How many tasks per pull request
• How to estimate? How to handle estimation issue? How and when to report it?
• What about open source projects? Should we use the same principles?
• Daily standups? Everybody should be prepared, the main purpose is to discuss blocking issues and to have everybody on the same page.
