State of PluginManager.Net #13

Description

@alexis-

Hi all,

I wanted to post an official update on the state of this project to set clear expectations for anyone discovering it.

Active development on PluginManager.Net was paused several years ago, and I currently have no plans to resume work on it.

The good news is that the framework is in a stable and functional state. It is a key component in several of my applications and works well for its intended purpose of managing plugins in isolated processes.

Because the project is unmaintained, please understand that I cannot provide active support or bug fixes. Feel free to use it, but know that you do so at your own risk.

To make onboarding easier, I've recently added a new README.md file. It was generated with Gemini Pro 2.5 to provide an overview of the project's features and how to get started.

You are more than welcome to fork the repository to adapt it for your own needs.
