Allow user to set amount of page per generator cycle

In the indexGenerator, we currently return each five responses from the API. The user of this library should be able to set that value themselves.

We could do this:

• As a class field
• When creating the generator function

We might also want to make a special case for infinite (so the user doesn't have to enter an arbitrary high number)
