Project not maintained

It seems @ac-minetest doesn't have the time or will to maintain this project anymore. @retracile's merge requests are over 3 years old.

I propose the project be handed over to someone who will review and accept merge requests at least, and ideally maintain it themselves.

As @rubenwardy suggested: The maintainer should fix texture issues, add the config file, and then add the project to Content DB. This should breathe new life into the project. It would be a shame to let it go to waste.

Hey just a quick note for anyone that takes the project over, the code misuses the minetest.get_password_hash API to get a generic SHA1 hash. See luanti-org/luanti#12564.

It is pretty easy to replace it with minetest.sha1 if you want to, but might also consider just removing the features that use it, like that IRC bot script.
