change Payment Frequency during deal projection

Background

Couple NPL deals will change the payment frequency from semi annually to quarterly if senior tranches are paid off

Design

Add a Pre to Dates component ,

• if Pre evaluated to True: use the First date pattern as payment frequency
• if Pre evaluated to False: use the Second date pattern as payment frequency

Requirement

• Make sure the pool collection frequency can be changed as well
• Should recreate the other actions depends on this payment frequency

Once senior tranche is paid off , then run the Effect
