有时候Bot可能在不适合的聊天场合发言，造成干扰
由于bot可能还有其他功能，禁言不太合适

希望能增加一个指令，在当前群聊暂时停止聊天
不是程序方面的停止，而是清空意愿，并在一定时间内抑制意愿，模拟群友离开的感觉
