Page permissions : wrong order for categories

Catégories Page:
We could set a "Category Position"
But
in the Permissions Page,
The position is wrong

Ex :
Cat. A: 1
Cat. C: 2
Cat. B: 3
In the permissions pages :
Cat. A | Cat. B | Cat. C

In the Permission it is sorted by Category ID, so it's not a bug

For memory :
In order to avoid errors to the administrator, the order of the forums should be displayed as the administrator had wished, with the weight of the forums and not by Category ID
