ERROR Spell.dbc : Definition exceeds record size

I'm trying to open the Spell.dbc for 3.3.5a. I tried several languages (enus, dede, ruru), but I always got the same error message ERROR Spell.dbc : Definition exceeds record size.

I'm not sure if I did something wrong in my steps, but opening most others dbc files are working properly.
