Motors getting out of sync

When run for a long time the motors are reportingthe correct angles but the positions are incorrect, homing and restarting gets them back to the right place

Thought this was due to the hands bumping into each other

This seems to be happening to the minute hand. Over the course of an hour, the minute degrees was reporting at 41.96 but the hand is pointing closer to 30.

In addition there does seem to be a issue with slippage on the hour hand, it's now pointing at 8 rather than 6 when homed

Definitely hand clash happening
